Noah Alexander Presgrove
Noah Alexander Presgrove, a lifelong resident of Comanche, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, Sept. 4, 2023 in Jefferson County. He was nineteen years old. A funeral service will be held on Monday, Sept. 11th, at 2 p.m. in the Comanche High School gymnasium, with Pastor Mike McCord and Pastor Matt Chambers officiating, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery. Viewing will be Sunday, 1-5 p.m. and Monday, 9 a.m. until noon.
Noah was born May 14, 2004 in Duncan. He graduated from Comanche High School just a few months ago. Noah had a very outgoing personality; he was very spontaneous, and he was both a country boy, and a ladies man! He loved the outdoors, and anything to do with the water. He also loved skateboarding. Noah was a true friend to all who knew him. He was an accomplished athlete at Comanche High School, where he lettered in football, wrestling, cross country, and track. He attended Ray of Hope Church.
Survivors include his father, Victor Presgrove and wife Tara, Comanche; his mother, Kasey Elliott, Duncan; his siblings: Skylar Stengal, Duncan; Dailen Presgrove and wife Jessica, Corum; D.J. Elliott, Duncan; Stormy Alvarado and Aaron, Oklahoma City; Payton Ford, N.C.; Alanna Presgrove, Comanche; Brailey Presgrove, Comanche; and Madison Rawlings and Walker, Matagorda, Texas; his grandparents: Allan and Linda Presgrove, Meadville, Miss; and Debra Smith, Duncan; great-grandmother, Sandra Quisenberry, Duncan; and great-grandfather, Rodney Smith, Texas; his aunts and uncles, Keith and Robyn Smith, Comanche; Vinnie Presgrove, N.C.; Jada Fitch, Meadville, Miss.; Michelle Conner, Duncan; two nieces and two nephews; also numerous cousins, and countless friends.
Noah was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Smith; and great-grandmother Lurline Smith.
Serving as pallbearers will be Skylar Stengal, Dailen Presgrove, Keith Smith, Ron Fowler, Russell Fowler, Jeff Fowler, and D.J. Elliott. Honorary bearers will be Kaiser Moser Travis Fowler, Klayton Smith, and Jack Newton.
