NOTICE OF HEARING PETITION TO ADMIT WILL TO PROBATE, APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE, DETERMINATION OF HEIRS, DEVISEES AND LEGATEES AND ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of JIMMIE R. TURLEY, deceased, that on the 7th day of March 2025, there was produced and filed in the District Court of Stephens County, State of Oklahoma, an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of JIMMIE R. TURLEY, deceased, dated the 16 day of November 2020, and there was also filed in the Court the Petition of RUSSELL L. TURLEY, JR. and RICHARD L. TURLEY praying that the Will be admitted to probate, Letters Testamentary issued to them as Personal Representatives of the Estate, to serve without bond and for a judicial determination of the heirs, devisees and legatees of the Decedent.
Pursuant to an Order of this Court made on this 7th day of March, 2025, notice is hereby given that the 15th day of April 2025, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., is the day and time that the Petition will be heard in the Distrct Courtroom at the Stephens County Courthouse, 101 S. 11th, Duncan, Oklahoma, and all persons interested may appear and contest the same.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all persons interested in the Estate of Gary Lynn Stinson, that on the 25th day of February 2025, there was filed in the Court the Petition for Letters of Administration, Appointment of Personal Representative and Determination of Heirs of Gary Lynn Stinosn praying that Letters of Administration be issued to Connie Brazil as Personal Representative of the Estate, to serve without bond and for a judicial determination of the heirs of the Decedent.
