Rose Marie Scott

Rose Marie Scott was born in Syracuse, N.Y. on June 5, 1959, to Richard and Josephine (Crivelli) Lima. She passed away on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024 in Duncan at the age of 64.

There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.

Rose loved to cook and bake, play on her computer, and go to the casino to play the slot machines. Her favorite thing to do was spending time with her family. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life. Rose was a very kind person and would do anything to help people. She will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Carol Lima and Tresa Lima Miles; and brother, Walter Lima.

Survivors include her husband, Chester Scott; children: Jason Scott (Jolena) of Duncan, Joshua Scott (Evelyn) of Poolville, Texas, and Jonathan Scott (Abba Marie) of Paradise, Texas; grandchildren: Trinity Scott, Madison Scott, Austin Scott, Brooke Scott, Cassidy Scott, Cheatom Scott, and Joseph Scott; sisters, Mary Jones and Betty Green.
