Timothy Franklin Davis

Timothy Franklin Davis was born Dec. 2, 1980, in Duncan, to William and Darlene (Arbuckle) Davis. He passed away on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, at 43.

A family visitation is planned for Monday, June 17, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Whitt Funeral Home. Funeral services are planned for 11 a.m.., Tuesday, June 18, at Unity Baptist Church with Bro. David McAlister officiating. Interment will follow in Duncan Municipal Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Jerred Arbuckle, Billy Arbuckle, Andy Arbuckle, Richard Keenan, Aaron Keenan, Jeff Keenan, Michael Davis, Roger Davis, and Wayne Beshear. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Davis, Steven Willson, and Shelby Willson.

After graduating from Comanche High School in 1999, Timothy attended Murray State College and graduated with an Associate’s Degree. He worked as a machinist at WW- Paul Scales. On July 31, 2004, he married Shannon Hunt and to this union was born their son, Brandon. Timothy enjoyed many activities such as fishing, hunting, welding and wrestling. He also enjoyed old cars, horses, and going to rodeos; but most of all, Timothy loved being a dad and spending time with his family, especially his son and niece and nephew. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Timothy is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Jewel and J.B. Arbuckle; paternal grandfather, Delbert Davis; and brother-in-law, Mike Willson.

Survivors include his wife of almost 20 years, Shannon; son, Brandon; parents, William and Darlene Davis; sister, Charlesa Willson; and numerous other relatives and friends.
