Justin Chad Berryhill, a lifelong resident of the Comanche area, passed away on Monday, January 26, 2026, at his home near Waurika Lake. He was 50 years old. A celebration of life will be held at the Asbury Complex on Saturday, Feb. 7th, at 2 p.m.
Chad was born July 28, 1975, in Duncan, to Jeffrey and Phyllis (Martin) Berryhill. He attended school at Grandview and Comanche, where he graduated from high school. He was a welder. Chad’s hobbies including playing guitar and drums, as well as attempting to sing, especially if he had someone to sing with! He also loved shooting his guns, and be loved bonfire parties. He truly loved his nieces and nephews, as well as his family and many cherished friends.
Left behind are his survivors, two brothers: Jeffry Berryhill and wife Colleen, Comanche; and Jesse Berryhill, Ponca City, OK; his lifelong best friend, Cliff Lindsey and wife Ruth, Comanche; seven nieces and nephews: Selina Davidson and husband Justin, Jodie Berryhill and Dakota Samut-Tagilaferro, Dalton and Lily Berryhill, Dilan Berryhill, Justice Berryhill, Juhree Berryhill, and Joseph Berryhill. Also eight great-nephews and seven great-nieces;; and numerous other relatives and many close friends.
Chad was preceded in death by his parents, Jeffrey and Phyllis Berryhill.
