As investigation stalls, family seeks help in death of Raul Solis

Comanche parents Jose Raul Solis Rios and Miriam Solis Cruz are still looking for justice in the death of their adult son Raul Solis on Feb. 1, 2019, and time is ticking on the investigation.

The Solis' are asking for anyone with information on the accident on Highway 53 where Raul, on his bicycle, was the victim of a hit-and-run accident.

"We are looking for clarification of what happened because today it is us and on another occasion, it may be others," the Solis said in a statement.

The Solis said their son's case is at a standstill with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol because of a lack of new evidence or witness testimony. A partial headlight from a Chrysler Sebring was found at the accident scene.
