Margie Kay Boyles

Margie Kay Boyles, a longtime resident of Comanche, was escorted by angels to her heavenly home in the early hours on Saturday, December 4, 2021 in Meridian. She was 67 years old. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 9th at 11:00 a.m. at Corum Baptist Church, with Bro. Roy Snider officiating, under the direction of Comanche Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery. Viewing will be Tuesday 12:00-4:00, and Wednesday 9:00-5:00.

Kay was born October 26, 1954 in Fort Hood, TX to Herbert Nile and Margie Burnice (Tomlinson) Macy. The family moved from Texas to Comanche in 1956, then later moved to their farm in Corum. She attended school at Grandview and Comanche. She worked as a CNA for many years.

Kay enjoyed cake decorating, singing karoke, and she loved her pets. More than anything else Kay loved being a “momma” to her children. She loved family gatherings where she had the opportunity to spend time with her loved ones.

Survivors include her children: Jason Boyles, Chickasha, OK; Justin Boyles and wife Shanon, Duncan, OK; Josh Boyles, Tulsa, OK; and Brittany Nations and husband Tyler, Duncan, OK; her grandchildren: Zack Boyles, Jordyn Boyles, K-Lee Boyles, Autumn Boyles, and a soon to be born grandson, Spencer Nations; also one sister, Nita Prucha and husband Dave, and two nephews: Kirk Prucha and wife Kristen, and Clint Prucha and wife Jessika.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
