Medical examiner releases summary autopsy report in Presgrove death

The Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner's office has released a summary report on the autopsy of Noah Presgrove.

According to the report, "Decedent who was found on the side of a highway on Sept. 4, 2023, died of multiple blunt force injuries."

The manner of death is unknown.

Presgrove's body was found alongside Highway 81 north of Terral over the Labor Day weekend.

The full report is expected to be released on May 13.
