The state medical examiner has released its full report on the death of Noah Presgrove, the 19-year-old Comanche resident who died on Labor Day Weekend in 2023.

The report did not state much more than what was already generally known in the matters of cause of death and manner of death. According to the report released Monday, Presgrove died from multiple blunt force trauma with an undetermined manner of death.

The report lists numerous injuries, especially head and neck that included skull fractures, brain swelling, four neck fractures and several lacerations and abrasions on his face and head. Part of a tooth was found at the scene near the body.

Presgrove, who was found naked wearing only mismatched shoes along the Highway 81 roadside near Terral on Sept. 4, 2023, also had several abrasions and lacerations on his torso and extremities.

According to the report, Pregrove was at a house party and drinking. While at the party, he rode in an ATV with other men at the party and had a rollover incident.

Presgrove was alive following the incident and returned to the party where he got into an argument with someone. Presgrove then left the party and was not found until the early morning hours of Sept. 4.

According to the report, Presgrove’s blood alcohol level was 0.14. Drug tests for amphetamines, meth, Fentanyl, cocaine, opiates, PCP, barbiturate and benzodiazepines came back negative. The tests conducted did not include Oxycodone, Methadone or Clonazepam.

The nine-page autopsy report can be found online on The Comanche Times website at www.comancheok.net.

The family has established a gofundme account to hire a private investigator to look into Presgrove’s death. As of press time, the account had already exceeded the $8,000 goal by more than $1,000.
